1. Information to be gathered includes the following:
1 .Job Requirements: The first information to gather,is that of the job requirement.What skills and experience is needed,or should the the right candidate for these position posses. Knowledge of the job reqirement will enable you,prepare your answer,tailored to such job requirement.
2.  Company Research:The interviewer in the course of the interview will try to find out,how much of organisation you know.Though this,your level of interest will be discovered. Make research about the companies product and services and why they interest you,as well as how you can support them.
3. Information about yourself:This is of great necessity, because the interview "s goal,apart from finding out if you are the most suitable candidate for the position,is to understand your kind of person .
PHYSICAL PREPARATION
Physical preparation involves three things:
1.Description of location
2.Materials needed
3.Dressing. Description of location The description of the interview venue should be confirmed from your recruiter,when you don"t know the right direction to where the interview will take place.This will aid your avoidance of arriving late or missing out from the interview due to lack of knowledge of the direction to interview venue. Materials Needed There are materials that every interviewee should have,either as instructed by the recruiter to bring along to the interview or not.These include:
i.A copy or copies of your recent C.V
ii.Photocopies and original copies of your credentials.
iii.A copy of your invitation letter for interview
iv.Plain papers and a writing pen.
v.Others can include any evidences you have to substantiate your claims.
Dressing Style
